2. Website and product information
The website explains NewsYield’s publisher and partner inventory services. Interactive articles and reporting figures illustrate the product; they do not represent an active campaign, actual publisher results or a guarantee of future performance.
3. Subscription requests and payments
Submitting the form sends a subscription request to NewsYield. We will contact you to confirm eligibility, the selected plan, pricing and next steps. Submission alone does not create a paid subscription or payment obligation, and this form does not collect payment details.
4. Commercial options
The publisher subscription combines a monthly fee with an agreed percentage of inventory used by partner sites; both figures are agreed before activation. An optional selected-partner model allows publishers to earn PPC/CPM revenue, with a 30% NewsYield commission. Rates, the commission calculation basis, settlement, eligibility and other commercial conditions must be agreed before activation.
5. Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, upload malicious content or misrepresent the sample material as real editorial reporting.
6. Content and intellectual property
Publisher content remains subject to its owners’ rights. Use of this website does not grant rights to reuse third-party journalism or train models on it. NewsYield branding, interface and sample assets may be used only as permitted by their applicable rights.
7. Availability and measurement
We may update the website and its features. Illustrative charts are not evidence of commercial outcomes. Observed or attributable activity should not be interpreted as incremental value without an appropriate controlled experiment.
8. Service agreements and applicable rights
The service agreement will specify the contracting entity, features, fees, data responsibilities, termination terms, applicable law and dispute process before activation. Nothing on this page excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
