2. Website features
The interactive product demonstration uses illustrative articles and reporting figures. Display settings operate in your browser. The application does not install analytics or advertising trackers or save these display preferences in persistent browser storage.
3. Subscription requests
When you submit the form, we receive your name, email address, publication website, selected plan, language and acknowledgement of the privacy policy and terms. These details are sent to contact@newsyield.com using our Mailgun email service so Splendense can review your request and contact you about the service. We process this information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
4. Essential cookies and security
An essential session cookie connects your browser to the form’s request-protection token. We use short-lived tokens and duplicate-request records, and counters based on a hashed IP address, to prevent repeated or abusive submissions. This supports our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the website. Hosting systems may also process IP addresses, browser information, requested URLs and timestamps in technical logs.
5. Your choices and rights
You can browse without creating an account. Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, or object to processing, by emailing contact@newsyield.com. You may lodge a complaint with your competent supervisory authority, including the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
6. Recipients and retention
Subscription requests are handled by Splendense and the hosting and email providers used to operate this website and deliver correspondence, including Mailgun. We retain correspondence as needed to respond to your request, manage any resulting business relationship and meet applicable obligations. Security records support temporary request protection.
